RETURNING VOLUNTEERS - Call or Email us to volunteer for the 25th Annual Festival
We want to know if you are returning and to make it easier for you to register please call the office at 250-833-4096 (ask for Cyd or Maia), or email volunteer@rootsandblues.ca that you want to volunteer. Once you have done this step the next step will be for you to fill out a waiver. Simply ask us to send you a waiver if you don’t have a waiver already.
A commitment of 16 hours minimum with 4 hours dedicated to event set-up or tear down. Remaining 12 hours are split up into one 4-hour shift on each day of the Festival. New volunteers will be required to assist with teardown. Returning volunteers have the option to choose either a set-up or teardown shift. Whether you are a returning or new volunteer, you must attend one crew meeting to participate in the Festival. Returning volunteers send in your form before May 15, 2017 to confirm your volunteer area from the previous festival. After May 15th, all volunteers will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis and assigned.
